Return an item

If you would like to return your order for a refund or replacement, please complete the form below and use the return shipping label provided to return your item back to us.

If you would like to raise a different query or complaint about your order, or if you seek any resolution other than a full refund or replacement, please contact us via email at support@harmonidesk.com .

This portal can only arrange the replacement of entire items. If you have purchased a Harmoni standing desk and only a single piece is damaged, please contact us using the email address above.

A return shipping fee of £12 will be deducted from your total refund unless your item arrived damaged or faulty (photos must be submitted on this form or via email). All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment.
